Belle Studio offers a variety of fitness classes for students of all skill levels and abilities.  We offer several different class packages, as well as drop-in rates, to meet everyone's situation and budget.  Make sure to scroll to the bottom to see our different package options.

The Dancer’s Workout® is a program of one-hour classes for former and current adult dancers. Each class uses ballet, jazz, contemporary, pop, beginner’s hip hop, and toning exercises to deliver a non-stop, high-energy, exhilarating workout.

Step Aerobics

This 45-minute class is aerobic exercises and dance movements performed by stepping up onto and down from a rectangular block.

Formerly Yoga for Athletes

This stretch and mobililty class is geared toward our athletes.  Join us as Cheryl stretches and helps with flexibility and those tension, tight areas.
